What we collect

• Contact form: full name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type and your message.
• Free guide sign-up: your email address, optional first name and optional phone/WhatsApp number.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it and legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry — legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To send you the free guide and related emails you signed up for — legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives it

Your information is stored securely with our website and database hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf. Data may be stored on servers outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA, protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. If you ask us to connect you with an independent professional (for example a lawyer or tax adviser), we will only share your details with them with your agreement. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your rights
